It features a manipulator axis working area of up to 830mm*580mm*50mm, a workstation PCB thickness of up to 5mm, and a power of 2.0KW AC380V. Its overall dimensions are 1370mm*1650mm*1450mm, and it has a routing bit life time checking and alarm system to remind operators to change routing bits when it finishes 120M cutting. The routing bit has a first 2mm cut for the first milling point, a middle 2mm cut for the second milling point, and the last 2mm cut for the third milling point, increasing its life time.
The X10 zoom-in image has the capability to make programming much easier, while increasing the accuracy of point setting. Additionally, two sliding tables provide simultaneous in-and-out movement, reducing tack times and improving productivity.
The AUTO MARK offset system is facilitated by CCD image processing, allowing for immediate path and routing simulation, reducing sudden mistakes prior to cutting. There is also a routing bit life time checking and alarm system that reminds the operator when it has finished 120M in cutting, while the routing bit is allocated so that the first 2mm cut is the first milling point, the middle 2mm cut is the second milling point, and the last 2mm cut is the third milling point, giving it an extended life time.
By implementing the CCD image check once again, this helps to reduce any unnecessary mistakes prior to the process of cutting.
